A Weekend in the Mountains
Last Saturday, my cousin and I went camping (1) ___ the mountains near Almaty. We left home (2) ___ six o'clock in the morning because we wanted to avoid the traffic. (3) ___ the journey, we listened to our favourite songs and talked about our plans. We arrived (4) ___ the campsite at nine, put up the tent and cooked breakfast on a small stove. (5) ___ it started to rain heavily at noon, we could not go hiking. We stayed in the tent and played cards (6) ___ the storm was over. In the evening the sky cleared, and we watched the stars until midnight.
