The Weather Station on the Roof
Last autumn, a group of students from a school in Pavlodar built a small weather station on the school roof. At first, their instruments were not very (1) ______ (RELY): the wind sensor often stopped working, and the thermometer showed a different temperature every few minutes. The students did not give up. They asked a local engineer for advice, replaced the cheap parts and checked every measurement twice. By spring, the station was sending accurate data to the school website every ten minutes, and some local farmers began to check it before their working day. The project won a regional prize, but the students say that their biggest (2) ______ (ACHIEVE) is something else: younger pupils now come to the club after lessons and ask how they can join.
